At present the main sources of LSMC's revenue comprises following elements:

1. Tax income: land revenue, vehicle tax, advertisement tax, business/enterprise tax
2. Income from fees: vehicle entrance fee, bus park fee, parking fee, property valuation fee, building map approval fee, market fee etc.
3. Income from property: rental income
4. Income from investments: interest from bank deposit, revolving fund, government bond and gain on sale of investment
5. Sundry income: minor fees, charges, other sales, fine and penalty
